Blah blah blah

Man do I need a vacation, or a break, some different personal space, or something. As much as I like my roommates and love our new place having a room off of the living room is starting to get old! I can hear anything and everything that is going on in the living room and they can hear me too. This means that I don't feel like I can every just get away from everything unless no one else is home and then it still isn't perfect. Plus I am getting to the point where stuff that my roommates do or say are really pissing me off (excuse the language but I'm so over it and need to vent).

On a happy note I booked tickets to go home for a short week September 30th-October 5th for my friends wedding. I wish I could go home for longer but I am basically the only front desk employee for the spa and we don't be full on in to the off season yet at that point. Hopefully my dad will be able to come out and visit for a little while during the off season so it won't be so boring.

I also got a new laptop for my birthday and I love it, so much faster than my old one and it is so nice to be able to start over with a clean slate as far as not having a bunch of junk on my computer. I have yet to setup my iTunes on here with all my music and such, another project for the off season.

My aunt and uncle get into town tomorrow and will be here for about a week, and even though I don't really know them that well it will be nice to have family in town. Plus my cousin from the same side of the family gets here on Wednesday and I hope to spend some time with her before the conference she is here for gets into full swing.


I am so unhappy with a lot of things right now! Ugh I need to find a creative outlet that is all mine but I don't know what, I really like blogging but not sure much will come out of that. I did recently have an idea for a "book" or long blog series but I would definitely have to make up an alias for myself cause it might get really personal.

I think that is all for now, better go check on my comforter and make sure the washer isn't eating it, that would just one more thing to add to the list.
